AV Forge 2022+ Subaru BRZ / Toyota GR86 Washer Bottle Relocation Kit

Make room for your BRZ or GR86’s next modification. The AVForge washer bottle relocation kit frees up space behind the front bumper while keeping your washers working and the engine bay looking factory.

Designed in Queensland and tested in the heat at Queensland Raceway and Morgan Park, it’s available in single- and dual-pump versions—including the option to retain your headlight washers.

The factory washer bottle gets in the way when you need space behind the front bumper. This kit relocates the bottle and pumps into the engine bay, giving you more room for modifications while retaining your windscreen washers.

Designed and assembled in Queensland, the AVForge bottle has an OEM+ appearance and uses your original filler cap, pumps and grommets. The vacuum-cast polypropylene (PP) reservoir holds approximately 1 litre of
washer fluid.

It’s been tested in the heat at Queensland Raceway and Morgan Park, on a
car driven with little mechanical sympathy. It held up.

Two versions
- Single pump: for cars without headlight washers, or owners choosing to remove them. Retains windscreen washers.
- Dual pump: retains both the windscreen and factory headlight washers.

Included in the kit
- Washer bottle in your chosen configuration.
- M6 upper and M5 lower mounting hardware, each with a lock nut and one flat washer.
- Cable ties for the pumps and wiring.
- Replacement headlight-washer hose with the dual-pump version.

Your factory pumps, grommets, filler cap and windscreen hose are reused. The dual-pump version also reuses the original headlight-hose quick connector. These factory components are not included.

Installation

Fitting requires front bumper removal and drilling one 5.5 mm hole for the lower mount. The upper mount uses an existing hole, and the pumps reconnect to the factory electrical plugs.

Estimated installation time is 1–2 hours with suitable tools and basic mechanical experience. An illustrated installation guide covers both versions.

Fitment and support

Intended for 2022+ Subaru BRZ ZD8 and Toyota GR86 ZN8. Compatibility with specific aftermarket kits has not been verified.

The supplied bottle and hardware carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including leaks caused by a manufacturing defect. Intended track and motorsport use is covered when installed and used
